Hungarian Runes added to site

After several requests and conversations we have decided to update the runes area of UponReflection with Hungarian Runes…
This Hungarian script (rovás or rovásirás) commonly referred to as Hungarian runes is believed to have descended from Kök Turki an early Turkic script used in Central Asia.
These Hungarian runes were used by the Magyers until the 11th century, though it did not die out completely, with remote parts of Transylvania using them right up until the 1850s.
